MAPPING encompasses the deeply felt impulses of Lauri Stallings’ 6-year-old practice, endeavoring to re/build publics through choreography as its own symbol of authority and common language through which to celebrate the rising gesture of citizens while mapping streets and bridging neighborhoods.
